Remember to review your investment choices

When you’re a member of BRASS or AVC Extra, it is important that you review your investment choices regularly.

This is to make sure you're invested in funds that suit your own circumstances. These may include self-select funds or lifestyle strategies.

Going for self-select funds involves a more 'hands-on' approach, which means you decide which funds you want to invest in, whereas a lifestyle strategy means that investment decisions are automatically managed for you.

Information on the self-select funds and lifestyle strategies are available here:

All of the unit prices and performance figures included on the websites and fund fact sheets are shown after the deduction of all member costs and charges, so there are no hidden extra costs.

Please be aware that the value of investments can go up as well as down. This is the case with the Deposit Fund too, particularly in an environment of very low interest rates.

You may wish to speak to an independent financial adviser (IFA) when you're thinking about your investment choices. You can find a list of IFAs in your local area on the Unbiased website.
